A Hope & Haven International initiative
Brain health, made clearer
Screen safely, follow recovery, learn what helps, and find care — without mistaking an app for a diagnosis.
NeuroAccess provides screening and care navigation — not a diagnosis or emergency medical care.
What it does
Five things NeuroAccess helps you do
Understand Your Symptoms. Navigate Your Recovery.
Screen
Short, adaptive screenings
Choose the pathway that matches what you are dealing with. Questions adapt to your answers and go deeper only when needed. Results describe a level of concern and what to do next — never a diagnosis.
Track
Daily check-ins and trends
Log headache, dizziness, sleep, mood and more in a quick daily check-in. See what is improving, what is holding steady, and what needs attention.
Learn
Clear, gentle education
Articles on brain health and mental health, short practical tools, and a treatment library that states the evidence, the limitations and the safety notes for each option.
Advocate
Help speaking up
Turn your symptoms into a plain statement you can hand to a clinician. Prepare for an appointment, a return-to-learn conversation, or a caregiver’s observations with ready templates.
Find care
Florida care navigation
A Florida pilot directory you can filter for telehealth, sliding-scale fees, Medicaid and Medicare-friendly providers, and free or charitable care — alongside statewide crisis lines.
Pathways
Start from what is going on
Choose a short pathway. Screens adapt to your answers. Results never diagnose a condition.
Recent head injury
Suspected concussion or TBI — not a sports clearance tool.
Ongoing symptoms
Persistent headache, fog, sleep, mood, or balance concerns.
Mood & anxiety
Feelings, worry, and daily emotional impact.
Irritability
Short fuse, emotional reactivity, relationship strain.
Trauma & stress
Trauma-informed questions — skip any you prefer not to answer.
Sleep check
Falling asleep, night waking, and daytime impact.
Headache impact
Frequency, severity, and interference with daily life.
Track my recovery
Lightweight daily check-in and trends over time.
Find information or care
Education, treatment library, and local/virtual resources.
How it works
Safety first, then a short pathway
Say what brings you here
Your age group, your language, and the reason you came. NeuroAccess uses them to show the right pathways and resources.
A safety check comes first
Before any screening, a few questions look for signs that need urgent help. If they appear, NeuroAccess shows crisis and emergency resources straight away — a safety answer always outranks a score.
Answer a short pathway
You can stop at any time. At the end you see a level of concern and suggested next steps, in plain language.
Follow your recovery
Check in each day, watch your trends, keep your screenings and documents in one plan, and look for care when you are ready.
Who it is for
Made for the people around a brain injury
NeuroAccess is for adults and for teens aged 13 to 17. Tell it what describes you and it adjusts what you see.
- Parent/Caregiver
- Athlete
- Veteran
- Educator
- Community Health Worker
Teens
Age-appropriate explanations throughout. Where a parent or guardian’s permission is required, an adult helps with setup — and school staff cannot see a teen’s answers unless the teen chooses to share a summary.
Parents and caregivers
Record what you observe and see the summaries someone chooses to share with you. Caregivers cannot silently change another person’s self-reported answers.
Athletes and students
Track symptoms after a suspected concussion and prepare for return-to-learn conversations. NeuroAccess is not a sports clearance tool: those decisions belong to qualified professionals.
Accessibility
Easier to use when thinking is hard
A head injury can make screens tiring. These settings are part of setup.
Larger text preference
High contrast preference
Low cognitive load (fewer words, simpler screens)
English and Spanish
Optional faith-based content
Faith resources stay separate from clinical recommendations.
Privacy
Your information stays yours
NeuroAccess collects only what it needs for screening, symptom tracking, education and referrals.
Never sold, never used for advertising
Sensitive health information is not sold, and screening responses are not used to target ads.
Shared only when you choose
Sending a summary to a clinician, a school or a caregiver takes an explicit action from you. Connections are limited in scope and can be revoked.
On your device and in your account
Your records are kept on your device and saved to your account, so they are there on your other devices too.
Yours to delete
You can delete your account at any time from the Privacy & safeguards screen.
Important
What NeuroAccess is — and is not
NeuroAccess™ is a Hope & Haven International initiative.
This app helps you recognize possible brain-health and mental-health concerns, track symptoms, learn, advocate for care, and find resources.
- It does NOT diagnose medical or mental-health conditions.
- It does NOT provide emergency medical care.
- It does NOT clear anyone for sports, school, or work.
If you are in immediate danger, call 911 (or your local emergency number) or go to the nearest emergency department.
For emotional crisis support in the United States, call or text 988, or use the 988 online chat.
Return-to-play and return-to-learn decisions must be made by qualified professionals under applicable state rules and organizational policies.
Educational templates in this app are not legal or medical certifications.
Your information is stored on this device and in your account. It is never sold or used for advertising.
Questions
Before you start
Is NeuroAccess a diagnosis?
No. NeuroAccess is a screening and care-navigation tool. It helps you recognize possible brain-health and mental-health concerns and decide what to do next. It does not diagnose medical or mental-health conditions, and it does not replace a clinician.
What happens if my answers point to an emergency?
NeuroAccess asks safety questions before any screening, and some screening questions are safety questions too. If an answer suggests urgent danger, the app stops and shows crisis and emergency resources instead of a score. If you are in immediate danger, call 911. For emotional crisis support in the United States, call or text 988.
Can NeuroAccess clear someone to return to sports, school or work?
No. Return-to-play and return-to-learn decisions must be made by qualified professionals under the applicable state rules and organizational policies. The templates in NeuroAccess are educational, not medical or legal certifications.
Who can see my answers?
You, unless you decide otherwise. Sharing a summary with a clinician, a school or a caregiver requires an explicit action from you, and you can revoke a connection. Your information is never sold or used for advertising.
Do I have to live in Florida?
The care directory is a Florida pilot, so local referrals cover Florida. Screening, symptom tracking and education do not depend on where you live. The emergency and crisis numbers shown are for the United States.
Is NeuroAccess available in Spanish?
Yes. The interface is available in English and Spanish, and you can switch language in the app.
Do I need an account?
Yes, you need an account to use NeuroAccess. Crisis resources, privacy information, the Terms and the Privacy Policy are available without one.
